hi guys, welcome to La Maison L’Oreal Paris, your one-stop for everything makeup and Skincare! so if you’re wondering why I look so tired today I have only one word for you, weddings! So it’s my best friend’s wedding today and I have like two ceremonies to attend one in the day and one at night and if years and years of attending weddings has taught me anything it’s time management when it comes to doing your makeup.
So different outfits call for different looks which in turn calls for hours spent in the washroom that honestly no one has the time and energy for or maybe it’s just my exhaustion talking but anyway I’m going to show you how you can ace a day to night wedding makeup look with these beautiful products that I have here and also I would love to know some of your wedding hacks so don’t forget to tell me in the comments below and before we begin don’t forget to subscribe to our Channel and click on the bell icon to be notified every time we upload a new video.
So with that let’s get started. Alright so I’m going to start with my makeup look and the first thing that you need to do is prep your skin before you apply any kind of makeup and for that the first product that I’m going to use is the L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Crystal Microessence, I’m going to use four drops of it that’s it and just tap that into your skin and it kind of penetrates really deep into your skin and your skin feels very hydrated as soon as you apply it and also very very smooth which is a good thing because then your makeup glides on really well and with that we move on to the next product which is a Primer.
Now this has to be one of my favorite primers, I’m talking about the L’Oreal Paris Base Magique Primer. Now it actually helps in blurring out your pores and your texture really really well so I am just going to take like a little bit that’s all you need and I am just going to rub it a little between my fingers to I warm it up before I apply it and then you want to spread it on the areas where you have a lot of open pores and lot of texture so that you know you have a very nice even smooth surface to begin your makeup on just make sure you spend enough time on your skin prep before you start with makeup because that ways your makeup actually lasts much longer so yeah I think we’re done with the prep now and we can move on to our makeup now.
So the first product that I’m going to be using is a foundation and for that I am going to use the L’Oreal Paris Infallible 24H Fresh Wear Foundation I am in the shade 106, just one drop literally one drop because it’s actually a full coverage foundation it lasts really really long like 24 hours and that’s the kind of foundation you actually want to wear for weddings especially when you have like multiple events to attend, goes very well.
I’m just going to take my Beauty Blender and start applying it directly on my face like it literally took me five seconds to blend this side of my face and also this foundation is like sweat proof, transfer proof which is perfect because I need to anyway have my base on for the entire day so that’s it.
So with that I am done with my foundation and the next step is to apply a concealer so I’m going to be using the L’Oreal Paris Infallible Full Wear Concealer for this and I am in the shade Beige. It is the number 314.
So I’m just going to use the wand underneath my eyes, on the bridge of my nose, on my forehead, cupid’s bow, on my chin and a little bit on the side of my cheeks because that just helps a lot with the contouring.
So, even this concealer is from the infallible range so it’s also again sweat proof, transfer proof, its lightweight, blends easily as you can see and lasts all day long just perfect for the wedding season.
I love how a brightening concealer just instantly lifts up your face and all of the tiredness, all of the exhaustion is just suddenly disappeared from your face. Okay, so that’s it with the concealer as well literally took me like 10 seconds to blend the entire thing.
And with that we move on to the next product which is a powder to set my base and for that I’m going to be using the L’Oreal Paris Infallible Pro Matte Pressed Powder and the shade I’m going to be using is 500, Sun beige again I’m just going in with my damp blender because I feel it actually helps in setting your base a lot better and I really like the finish that you get when you use a blender for your powder so going in underneath my eyes first, just pressing that product into my skin.
If you have like a lot of laughs lines, if you get a lot laugh lines around your face you might want to bake that area because that tends to crack very easily so just apply a little extra powder around your laughs line and just bake that area also if you get a lot of under-eye creases then you might want to bake your under eyes as well so basically applying the powder on all the places where I have highlighted using the concealer.
Okay so we’re done and now I’m moving on to the next step. I’m going to be using a blush because I definitely need some color to my face right now. So I’m going to be using the L’Oreal Paris Le Bar A Blush in the shade Be Fierce, number 11.
Now this is actually a newly launched product and we have I think three shades in this. So I’m going to be using a fluffy blending brush for this and just take a little bit and I’m going to apply that on the apples of my cheeks.
Just make sure you blend it upwards, I like how a blush just instantly makes you look younger and healthier. So I’m just going to apply a little bit on my chin as well that’s it I think it’s a really nice color for a daytime event and with that we are actually done with the base and now moving on to the eyes, I’m going to start with my brows first and for that I’m going to be using the L’Oreal Paris Brow Artist Xpert brow filler so it comes with a spoolie as well on one end.
So I’m going to just twist it out, so I’m going to start from the front and using very light strokes I’m just going to fill in all the gaps and also create like a slight shape that’s it I’m going to use the spoolie now, just to make sure if there’s anything, any clumping or anything of that sort it’s just going to take it away.
Okay so moving on to the other brow, okay so we are done with the brows and now moving on to the next product which is an eye shadow and for that I’m going to be using the L’Oreal Paris La Petite Eye Shadow Palette in the shade Nudist.
So I’m going to use a fluffy blending brush and I’m going to go in with this shade right here it’s a nice soft like a silver gold mix kind of a shade and I’m just going to pick a little bit of this product and apply that on the centre of my eyelids.
In fact you know I feel like this is like the only shadow you need for a daytime look and you don’t really need to overdo your eye makeup so all you have to do is just pick a shade which is closest to your skin color and just has a little bit of shimmer to it and that’s it you’re sorted for a daytime look and that’s it for the eyes right now cause I don’t want to like overdo the eyes too much it’s a daytime look so I’m just going to keep it very simple and subtle and with that moving on to the next product I’m going to be using the L’Oreal Paris Super Liner Gel Intenza eyeliner and I’m going to create a very very very soft smudged liner I’m not going to overdo it, so it’s going to be like a barely there kind of an eyeliner look and I am going to create a very thin line towards the outer corner so I’m not going to take it all the way inwards, just make sure there are no gaps and go as close to the lash line as possible.
Make sure you smoke it out really fast because once it’s dried it is not moving because it’s a smudge proof liner and yeah so we are kind of done with the eyes I’m just going to finish it off using a mascara and for that I’m using the L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara apply a generous coat on my top and bottom lashes just make sure you go all the way inwards and then cover your lashes.
It actually adds so much length and volume to your lashes, just opens up your eyes so much. Okay, so I’m going to do the other eye as well. And this is just literally with one coat of mascara without using a curler and that’s it we’re done with the eye makeup and actually we’re kind of done with our entire makeup look so the only step that’s left is a lipstick now so I’m going to be using the L’Oreal Paris Rouge Signature Matte Liquid Lipstick and the shade that I’m going to go for is 129, I lead that’s a nice brown shade so it’s not a very nude shade but also they go in the brown category and I’m just going to apply that so that’s it we are done with the daytime look, I’ve kept it very simple with just a pop of color on the lips and with that I’m going to rush because I’m getting late for my friends event and I will see you guys soon for the second change.
Alright, so I’m back after the hectic event you guys I’m so exhausted but I still have one more event to go, I have changed into my second outfit and I’m just going to quickly touch up on my makeup and just make a few changes here and there so the first thing that I’m going to do is just you know dab on my make up a little because I’ve been wearing it since morning.
So for that I’m going to be using the L’Oreal Paris Infallible Pro Matte Pressed Powder just going to tap a little, tap off the excess, now this pressed powder also has a little bit of color to it so it’s actually going to make sure that if there are any cracks in my makeup it’s just going to fill it up without making it too heavy.
So we’re done with this and now moving on to the next step I think I’m going to quickly touch up on my eyes now. So for that I’m going to go back into my L’Oreal Paris La Petite Palette which I used in the shade Nudist earlier I’m using the same palette and this time I’m going to go in with this shade right here and I’m going to deepen my eye shadow.
So I’m going to just start with my outer corner and bring that all the way to my inner corners, I think that’s it. So I’m just going back and forth with my brush inside my socket, you don’t want to take the eyeshadow outside your socket that looks very off.
Okay so that is it for the eyes I have enough mascara already so I’m not going to touch up on mascara instead I’m going to just quickly change my lip color because that’s actually going to change the makeup look like totally so for that I’m going to first take off my makeup using a makeup removing wipe and that’s it.
Okay so for the lipstick today, I think I’m going to use the number 130, I Amaze again by L’Oreal Paris Rouge Signature Matte Liquid Lipstick now this is slightly darker and deeper than the shade that I used before but I think it goes really well with the eye look and also with my outfit.
Okay so I am done with the lips. Now, I think I’m going to add a little bit of highlighter also because I didn’t do that earlier but because it’s evening I need a little bit of shine on me so for that I’m going to be using the L’Oreal Paris Le Bar A Blush in the shade 16, Be Brave and I’m going to apply that on the high points of my face, oh my god look at that shine, Wow! I’m going to do this on my other cheeks as well, on the bridge of my nose, my cupids bow, on my chin and a little bit on my forehead so yeah that’s it.
I am done with my look change, so now you know how I save time when I have like too many functions to attend. Let me know in the comment section below what are your hacks I would love to know and with that it’s a wrap for now.
