This video is not sponsored. Any gifted or sponsored PR items will be stated clearly. Hi Koongummies~ Hello, it’s ANDA. Today is my 4th webtoon makeup transformation video~ I can’t believe it. So, I will be transforming into the famous NAVER Webtoon – “Love Revolution” Wang Jarim for today’s video! As the webtoon is set in a school, I have prepared a schoolgirl look today.
But… I am cringing while wearing this outfit today. I literally used to be a high school teacher.. so this outfit feels weird to wear. But anyway, today I would like to show you an easy schoolgirl makeup! I decided to bring some affordable and easy to find products, so that students can try this tutorial.
So, shall we start? First of all, I am going to apply some suncream. I think you all know that I love any product with cica right? This is a suncream with cica in it! This suncream can be used as a tone up cream and a colour correcting cream.
Students can end off their makeup base with just this one product. It has a green undertone, so when you apply onto the face, it will neutralise your red spots. For students who don’t do much makeup, this product is nice to apply to even out your skintone.
Or if you have red spots on your face, you can use this. As you can see, it brightens your skin naturally like this. I feel really weird wearing this school uniform… This product is also really good to use as your base for makeup.
It is a bit pricey, but I personally think it is good to spend a bit of money on products like this. Since it has direct contact with your skin. I really recommend this product! As you can see, the redness I have has been covered and my skin looks very clean.
Next, I am going to use this concealer to cover my blemishes. Today, I will only use concealer to finish up my base. A lot of my redness was covered by the cream, so I think I don’t need foundation.
I am going to cover my blemishes and also my dark circles like this. Wang Jarim has very cool toned fair skin. As she is a webtoon character, she has paper white skin. But, I think if I go that pale I will look a nightmare so.
.. I am just going to use my regular shade and apply it all over like this. I am now going to use this blender to blend my concealer. This is from Espoir and it is really good for blending concealers, so I have been enjoying it.
I recommend making the blender moist before using it. Actually, I am not sure how I am going to do this makeup. Although so many of you recommend this, I feel like Wang Jarim’s image is very different from mine! I think she is really cool and blunt with her words, and she’s pretty! But, I feel like I am a bit dumb and nothing like her.
I am thinking about how to channel my inner Wang Jarim for this makeup, but it is difficult. Her makeup is not very heavy, so I am trying to make sure I don’t go overboard too. I am going to go over those blemishes that have not been entirely covered yet.
This is all for my natural makeup base! I only used concealer and the cream today. Next, let us move onto eyebrows. As I am going to be letting my bangs down, I will keep my eyebrows natural-looking and light.
I am going to keep my natural straight-line eyebrow shape for today’s look. I think I am going to make it slightly arched at the end, so that I look fierce. I am going to fill in the ends a bit more.
This is how my neat, natural-looking eyebrows for today look like. As I am going to let my bangs down, I kept it simple. I hope you all understand! I am going to be using this product to do my contour now.
I have brought a stick type contour today. I think that this is very convenient for students to use, so I decided to bring this. I am going to go light on my contouring, just to shape my face like Wang Jarim’s.
I am going to put a bit on my nose tip and the side of my nostril here. I am going to go from the outside to the inside. I am going to put some on my nose bridge… and my chin, just like this. So, I have applied the contour like this.
The other side of this product is actually a highlighter, so you can use this too. I am going to blend out my contour first. You can choose to use a brush or whatever you like to blend it out. Today, I am going to use a concealer puff to blend it out! This contour stick is very pigmented, but it is really easy to blend out! It will be easy to use for beginners.
I really recommend this for those who are not very experienced in contouring. If you need more contour, you can just apply a bit more. I am going to use the highlighter on the other side now. I am going to apply some on my nose bridge, nose tip and my cheeks.
As well as my chin! I am going to use the other, clean side of the puff to blend this out. To be honest, the highlighter on this product is not very good so I don’t use it too often. Next, I am going to be using this palette for my eye makeup.
This palette is not cheap, but I think that it has all the colours that you would need for daily use! There are also glitters and sparkles, so you can use this very diversely. I think 3CE palettes have really beautiful colour combos, so I really recommend this! I have decided to bring the most neutral palette I have today.
I am going to pick up this first colour and apply it across my eyelids. I am going to go light on my eye makeup today, just to create some dimension. I am going to apply this across the bottom of my eyes.
I decided to wear transparent lenses for today’s video, but it feels unusual! I think I look kinda weird. I am going to pick up this shade here to add more dimension to my eyes. I will do the same as just now and blend it upwards.
Then, blend that in with the bottom of my eyes. I am going to blend it out in this upwards motion, like this! And I will blend that in with the bottom of my eyes. To build on that cat shape eye, I am going to apply some eyeshadow onto my inner corners like this.
Next, I am going to blend that in with this shade here. This is the last step for today’s eye makeup. Isn’t it simple? I am going to blend it out like this, and blend it in with the inner corners of my eyelid.
I am just going to continue building on that to get the fierce cat eye shape. My eyelids look deeper and also more fierce now, right? I am going to leave some space between my eye and draw a C shape like this.
Just blend that in towards the bottom of your eye. I will do the same on my other eye. I am going to extend my eyelid like this, then blend it into my eyelid. And in my inner corners, I am going to shade it in like this to create depth.
I will make my inner corners sharper like this. And then blend the C shape here. I am going to curl my eyelashes now. I am going to go light with my mascara today. I just want my eyelashes to be long today! I want it simple.
I am going to be using this mascara that I have been liking. I feel like all of the mascaras I own are in red packaging. I don’t really like red… I will just apply it on lightly like this. This mascara is good for those who want longer lashes.
This mascara really makes them long and also curls very well. That was the mascara~ Next, I am going to use a black eyeliner. I actually wanted to use Code Glokolor’s brush liner today… I have the brown shade for this.
But, I recently ran out of the black one. So I decided to go to Oliveyoung to buy it, and it was out of stock! So, I decided to bring this BLACKROUGE one as a replacement. That brush liner is really good.
I am just going to draw a simple wing for today’s look. I am going to fill in the inner corners of my eyeliner. I am going to use this dark shade from just now to blend it out. I am going to also use this forth shade here to bring out my aegyosal (tearbags).
And with this second glitter shade here, I will add some sparkle to my aegyosal. I was contemplating on whether I should apply blush. But, I think I will use a light purple blush to make my skin appear more cool toned.
I don’t think this blush is available for purchase anymore. I have very warm tone skin… so I like to apply some of this on my chin as well to make my skin appear my cool tone. Lastly, I will apply my lip products.
I was contemplating a lot on this, since Wang Jarim does not actually have any colour on her lips. But, I think Wang Jarim in real life would apply a light colour like this. I am going to apply this cool pink colour.
Lastly, I am going to draw a beauty spot below my eye. So, that is the beauty spot right here. This is all for today’s makeup! That is all for my makeup today! I have done my hair as well. I feel really awkward, I can’t bear to look at the camera.
Thank you for watching to the end! I hope to see you all in my next video. Bye~ Bang!
