Calm? I can’t be calm — just look at me! Friends, you do not need a long recipe or a spell to turn out a Winifred Sanderson look. But there are three things you’re gonna want to do to really get that look.
One of the most iconic things about Winifred’s look is something she doesn’t have — eyebrows. They’re gone. If you don’t want to shave them off, all you’ve got to do is throw on a little bit of extra powder and foundation, and they’re as good as gone.
Winifred has a smokey eye, but we’re going to go for more of a purple-toned eye, to make it a little more glamorous. And I’m going to use a little bit of tape on the side to get a sharp crease. A little bit of purple, a little bit of smokey.
And a big set of falsies that are very wispy and fantasy. Moment of truth. Time to pull the tape off and see how our lines are. Oh, isn’t that lovely? I always suggest a little bit of extra white concealer or eye shadow under the eye to really make your eyes pop.
Now, with Winifred’s blush. In the film, it’s very exaggerated. Right on the apple of the cheek, bright red. But we’re gonna go a different direction — up and out. And of course, don’t forget a little highlight.
It is a party after all. Now, the most memorable part of Winnie’s look is her lip. I always just use a lip pencil to draw in my full lip, and then overdraw the center to get that bee-sting look. And then .
.. pucker up for pictures. Now, you have a lot of options for Winifred’s hair. And it seems difficult, but it’s not. It’s all about volume. So, add in a few extensions, and pull out some orange hairspray.
